These terms cover your use of chat.newdais.ai, a service run by New DAIS. If your organisation has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

Accounts and workspaces

You sign in with your work account and join workspaces by invitation. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Workspace admins decide who can join and what each person can see.

Your data

Your organisation keeps all rights to the data it brings and the answers it produces. You give us permission to store and process that data only to run the service for you. You confirm you are allowed to use the data you upload or connect.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to reach another workspace's data or get around the app's access controls.
• Do not upload data you have no right to use, or malware.
• Do not overload the service or use it to build a competing product.

About AI answers

Answers are produced by software and can be wrong or incomplete. Each answer shows its filters and sources so you can check it. Do not rely on an answer alone for legal, financial or safety decisions.

Early access

The service is in early access. Features may change, and we do not yet promise a level of availability. Early access is free unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and New DAIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
