Approving chat.newdais.ai for your organisation
Many Microsoft 365 organisations only let people sign in to a new app after an administrator approves it once. This page explains what you are approving and how.
Why approval is needed
chat.newdais.ai signs people in with Microsoft Entra ID, the sign-in behind Microsoft 365. If your organisation does not let people consent to apps themselves, the first person to sign in sees a message that an administrator must approve the app. Once an administrator approves it, everyone the workspace invites can sign in.
What the app asks for
- To sign people in and read their basic profile: name, email address and organisation.
- Nothing else. It cannot read mail, files, calendars or other people's details.
Approving the app does not create a workspace or give anyone access to one. Access is still by invitation.
Who can approve
Someone with one of these Entra roles: Global Administrator, Privileged Role Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator or Application Administrator.
How to approve
- As an administrator of your organisation, start the approval.
- Microsoft shows the permissions above. Choose Accept.
- You come back here to a page that confirms your organisation is approved, or explains why it is not.
Approval signs nobody in. You can remove it later in the Microsoft Entra admin center, under Enterprise applications.
